Delivery

At POUCH, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

  • We currently ship within the United States only
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM MT will be processed the following business day
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships
  • Items in the same order may ship separately. You will receive tracking for each shipment
  • Please note: items sent to P.O. Boxes, US territories, or military APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS
  • If you have questions about your shipment or need help tracking your order, please contact us at support@drinkpouch.com

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns of opened items. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us at support@drinkpouch.com within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist you. Unopened products in their original condition may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, minus shipping costs.

Package Protection

Want extra peace of mind? Package Protection is an optional add-on you can select at checkout. If your order is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, simply file a claim through our Claims Portal using your email and order or tracking number. As long as your claim is valid, you are guaranteed a refund or a same-item replacement at no additional cost.

A few things to note:
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages)
- Package Protection is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once your order is placed
- Coverage cannot be added to an order after checkout
- Package Protection fees are not included in refund or store credit amounts

Didn't add Package Protection at checkout? You can still report a lost, stolen, or damaged package through the same Claims Portal and we will do our best to help. Without coverage, claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and typically depend on the shipping carrier, so resolution can take longer and a refund or replacement is not guaranteed.
